XGP games require that the drive/partition you want to install the game on has a byte allocation size of 4k (not sure why Shadow is setting it to such a large value). The issue is that your Shadow's C drive has been formatted with a cluster size (byte allocation size) of something other than 4k (mine is set to 16k).
